Lawazia Tech Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our") operates the UrbanStall mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

1. By using the UrbanStall App's services, you agree not to violate any applicable laws.
2. You agree to not sue Lawazia Tech Private Limited, owner of the UrbanStall App, for any reason whatsoever if you are using the UrbanStall App services.
3. You must not use the UrbanStall App to propagate junk stores and products, emails, spam, or get-rich- quick schemes.
4. You must never steal ideas and/or contents from the UrbanStall App or introduce a worm or virus or otherwise hack into the UrbanStall App in any way.
5. You are held liable for any material and information you placed on the UrbanStall App.
6. You are not allowed to conduct any illicit online activities under any applicable law in any country while using the UrbanStall App.
7. You must not adversely affect other UrbanStall App users by means of intimidation, bullying, threatening, impersonating, or harming them in any shape or form.
8. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your password at all times.
9. You are responsible for any action taken under your account while using the UrbanStall App.
10. Lawazia Tech Private Limited reserves the right to take over usernames that have been claimed by businesses or individuals as the lawful owners of those usernames.
11. You agree that Lawazia Tech Private Limited has the right to reuse and publish any information collected from your use of the UrbanStall App as a condition of your use of the UrbanStall App.
12. Lawazia Tech Private Limited has the right at any time to remove contents and/or accounts we deem to be obscene, offensive, derogatory, or harmful to other UrbanStall App users or that otherwise violate the terms and conditions set forth here.
13. Lawazia Tech Private Limited has the right to deny service at any time and for any reason to anyone.
14. Lawazia Tech Private Limited is free to modify the terms of use found posted here at any time and, at our discretion at a time we feel appropriate, notify users of such changes so that your continued use of the UrbanStall App constitutes your approval of such changes.
15. Without forewarning and at any time, Lawazia Tech Private Limited has the right to end or change the UrbanStall App services for any reason.

Payment

1. Lawazia Tech Private Limited has the right to collect money on behalf of the merchants selling on UrbanStall platform, who are present in the agreement and enabled online payment.

2. Payment collected on the UrbanStall platform will be transferred immediately to the merchants as soon as received from the gateway partner.

3. Lawazia Tech Private Limited will not charge any commission on the purchase made on UrbanStall platform and will be transferred to the merchants as received from the gateway partner..

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at UrbanStall. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 days.
