An aggregator list is useful when the reader can see how the five were chosen. This page does that for food in Dumka. The Foods & Beverages list for Dumka had 41 stalls. Each stall page shows an average rating and a review count when both are above zero. This page keeps the five stalls with the most reviews. It does not call them the best kitchens in town. A stall with one review at 5.0 can outrank a stall with hundreds of reviews on a pure average, and that is a different list. The sort here is the review count, highest first. The average is printed beside it so the count is not mistaken for a score.
Sorted by review count, not by average. A single 5.0 does not outrank hundreds of reviews.
The pictures are drawings. They are not photographs of these shops. A stall leaves this public list when it is on vacation or the page treats it as closed, so a name here is a name that was open on that day. The longer directory of shops across every Dumka tile is Stalls on UrbanStall in Dumka. What the platform is, before any five names, is What UrbanStall is.
The next stall after these five was Kolkata Biryani, with 217 reviews and an average of 4, and a pin at Dumka Bus Stand. It is on the same food list. It is not hidden. It is sixth by this count.
The five, by reviews
| Stall | Reviews | Average |
|---|---|---|
| Tandoor BBQ House | 534 | 4.5 |
| Apna Hotel | 489 | 4.2 |
| Indian Biryani | 394 | 4.1 |
| Hotel Suman | 308 | 4.4 |
| The Green Hotel | 261 | 4 |

Tandoor BBQ House
Tandoor BBQ House had 534 reviews and an average of 4.5. That was the highest review count on the Dumka food list that day. The listing name is Tandoor BBQ House, with the line "The Royal Taste" inside the name. The type line on the stall is blank. The map pin says Dumka, Jharkhand, India, and does not name a lane. The shop's own note gives a second address: Babu Para, near Virat Super Market, Dumka. Both lines are on the listing. This page does not pick one and drop the other.
The note says the shop wants a safe experience and excellent taste, and then it names the food it says it serves. The list in that note is tandoori and roasted items, barbecue, prawns, fish, Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, kebabs, biryani, Chinese items, barbecue rolls, momos, rolls, and soup. The note spells one of those words in its own way. This page uses the ordinary spelling and does not pretend the menu was counted item by item. The note also says food can be delivered from UrbanStall in the areas of Dumka where that service is available. It does not name those areas. The note includes an email and social links. Those are the shop's own channels. They are not repeated here.
Apna Hotel
Apna Hotel had 489 reviews and an average of 4.2. The pin is Nicha Bazar, Dumka, Jharkhand, India. The note is one line: serving multi-cuisine food. The type line is only a dot, so the listing does not add a second label such as Family Restaurant. Nicha Bazar is a real place name on the pin. The review count is the second highest on the food list. The average is lower than Tandoor BBQ House and lower than Hotel Suman, which had fewer reviews. That is why a most-reviewed list and a highest-average list are not the same five shops.
Indian Biryani
Indian Biryani had 394 reviews and an average of 4.1. The type line reads SPECIALTIES BIRYANI. The about text is empty. The pin says Dumka, Jharkhand 814101, India, and does not name a market or a road. A reader who wants a lane will not find one on this listing. What the listing does say is the name, the type line, and the reviews. The name itself carries the word Biryani. The type line repeats that the specialty is biryani. There is no menu transcribed on the stall. There is no claim here about a particular rice or a particular price.

Hotel Suman
Hotel Suman had 308 reviews and an average of 4.4. The type line says Hotel. The pin says Dumka, Jharkhand, India, with no street. The note says the shop offers premium quality food from Hotel Suman at your doorstep. That is the shop's sentence. It does not name a dish. Among the five, this average is higher than Apna Hotel and higher than Indian Biryani, and the review count is lower than both. The type word Hotel is on the stall. This page does not add a room count or a check-in time, because the food listing does not.
The Green Hotel
The Green Hotel had 261 reviews and an average of 4. The type line says Hotel. The pin is The Green Hotel, Sarai Road, Dumka, Jharkhand, India. Sarai Road is the street the map stored. The note uses the same doorstep sentence as Hotel Suman, with this hotel's name in it: premium quality food from The Green Hotel at your doorstep. The two notes match in shape. They are still two stalls, two pins, and two review counts. Green Resto is a different listing, tagged as a family restaurant, with a pin on NH114A. It is on the food list and it is not this hotel. The names share the word Green. The records do not.
Reviews are not orders
A review count is not an order count. The stall page shows how many reviews sit behind the average. It does not show, on this reading, how many meals were delivered. This page does not turn 534 reviews into 534 orders. The numbers can move the next time someone leaves a review. The five names are the five that led the count. The newest of these five listings is Apna Hotel, created on 1 December 2020.
Other tiles
The food tile is one tag, Foods & Beverages. A grocery stall can be popular on its own tile and still be absent here. Kailash Masala Aata Mill is a grocery listing with its own page, Kailash Masala Aata Mill in Dumka. It is not one of these five, because this sort was run on the food list only. KiranaWiFi is a grocery stall that was on vacation that day, so the groceries tile left it out. Its page is KiranaWiFi in Dumka. Vacation is a switch on the stall. It is not a review score.
The same food tag exists for other cities on the picker. Dumka, Godda, Deoghar, Jamtara, Pakur, Sahebganj, Jarmundi, and Mahagama are on that picker. A stall tagged around Dumka is not promised on another city's list. This five is a Dumka reading. Partner cities on the company page are Dumka, Godda, Sahibganj, and Jamtara. The picker spells Sahibganj as Sahebganj. That spelling note is about the city name, not about these five kitchens.
Opening a stall from this page goes to the stall URL. The city tile is the full list of 41, and it can change when a shop turns vacation on or when a new stall is approved. Approval is the gate in How a stall joins. A store is created with a name, waits under Opening soon, and shows to customers after it is approved, tagged, and open. These five had already passed that gate by the day of this count.
Cash on delivery and Razorpay are the payment paths on UrbanStall. The rider in a partner city is attached to the city partner. None of that is a reason one of these five outranks another. The only order on this page is the review count. If a later reading uses a different rule, the five names can change even when the shops have not closed. A highest-average list, limited to stalls with at least fifty reviews, would still include Tandoor BBQ House and Hotel Suman, and it would also surface Food Genie, which had 213 reviews and an average of 4.5 and therefore sits close on the count but not inside these five. Food Genie is on the food list. Its pin is on Bhagalpur Road, near Mini Amar Holl, Dudhani. It is named here so the cut at 261 reviews is visible. Kolkata Biryani, at 217, sits between The Green Hotel and Food Genie.
